Install a small, quality film developing lab in M.O.M.A. Accept undeveloped rolls of "found film" from across America (or the world). Watch art emerge, accidentally (vernacular photography) and otherwise (conscious art photography). Or if M.O.M.A. is the wrong venue, perhaps one of the venerable museums of photography? It would be interesting to see the prints emerging in real time if this were a "glass box" type operation.
